Compatibilidad de Beauveria bassiana y Metarhizium anisopliae con endosulfan 50 C.E. en condiciones de laboratorio.

El uso de los hongos entomopatógenos constituye un elemento importante dentro del manejo integrado de plagas, estos pueden ser encontrados de manera natural en los agroecosistemas, controlando un gran número de plagas de insectos. Por la importancia que reviste conocer el efecto de los insecticidas cuando son mezclados con los entomopatógenos, nos propusimos evaluar la compatibilidad de Beauveria bassiana (cepa LBB-1) y Metarhizium anisopliae (cepa Niña Bonita) con el endosulfan 50 % C.E. (thiodan). Este trabajo se desarrolló en el Laboratorio Provincial de Sanidad Vegetal de Granma, en el período comprendido entre mayo julio de 1995. Se utilizó medio agarizado tratado con dosis completa, media y un décimo de ingrediente activo, y fueron evaluados cualitativa y cuantitativamente. La metodología empleada y la escala utilizada fue la establecida por el INISAV, de acuerdo con la cual el endosulfan resultó tóxico para Beauveria bassiana en todas las proporciones, no siendo así para el caso de Metarhizium anisopliae, que resultó ligeramente tóxico.

英语. The use of entomopathogenic fungi in Integrated Pest Management is a key element. These microorganisms can be found naturally occurring in the agroecosystems, controlling a great number of pest insect species. Therefore, it's very important to know the effect of the chemical insecticides on entomogenous fungi when mixed together. In this paper the compatibility between B. bassiana (strain Bb-1) and M. anisopliae (Niña Bonita strain) and insecticide endosulphan 50 % EC (thiodan) was assessed. This work was developed in the plant health provincial laboratory of Granma dated on May July 1995. A qualitative and quantitative assessment for the compatibility of B. bassiana and M. anisopliae with endosulphan was carried out using insecticide treated agar medium with the recommended dose (RD), the half RD and the tenth RD both the evaluation scale and the methodology used are those stated by INISAV. Endosulphan resulted toxic for B. bassiana at very concentration tested differing for M. anisopliae where the insecticide resulted slightly toxic.
