西班牙语; 卡斯蒂利亚语. Se probó la actividad biológica de la cepa LBT-25 de Bacillus thuringiensis sobre ootecas jóvenes de Meloidogyne incognita. Un primer experimento fue diseñado para observar el efecto de un cultivo de esta cepa, a diferentes concentraciones, sobre las ootecas, y el segundo experimento estuvo dirigido a determinar la fracción activa presente en el cultivo. Ambos experimentos dieron como resultado que la cepa LBT-25 posee actividad ovocida sobre M. incognita, y esta se debe a una acción sinérgica entre los componentes del sobrenadante y la biomasa.

First experiement was designed to observed the effect of a culture from this train, at different concentration, over oothecas. Second experiment was directed to determinated fraction present in culture LBT-25 strain has ovocidal activity against M. incognita and that is result of a synergit action between component of ploating part and biomass.
