Residualidad de malation, metamidofos, paration-metilo y zineb en cebolla (Allium cepa L.).

Se estudió la cinética de degradación de los plaguicidas malation, metamidofos, paration-metilo y zineb en cebolla de la variedad Red Creole, aplicados sobre el cultivo 15 días antes de la cosecha, en un área de 160 m2 y a las dosis de 1.14 kg i.a/ha (malation); 0.60 kg i.a/ha (metamidofos); 1.0 kg i.a/ha (paration-metilo) y 2.25 kg i.a/ha (zineb), sobre suelo Ferralítico Rojo. Para realizar los análisis de residuos se llevaron a cabo cinco muestreos durante un período de 14 días. Malation, metamidofos y paration-metilo se analizaron por cromatografía gaseosa; mientras que los análisis de zineb se efectuaron por espectrofotometría UV. Los resultados demostraron que malation, metamidofos y metilparation, en ningún momento después de la aplicación dejan residuos por encima de los Límites Máximos de Residuos (LMRs), establecidos (0,05 mg/kg, 0,1 mg/kg y 0.5 mg/kg respectivamente); mientras que los residuos de zineb se mantuvieron por encima del LMR establecido (2,0 mg/kg), por más de 6 días después de la aplicación.

It was studied the kinetic of degradation of the pesticides malathion, methamidophos, parathion-methyl and zineb in onion of the variety Red Creole, applied on the cultivation 15 days before the harvest, in an area of 160 m2 and at the rate of 1.14 kg a.i./ha (malathion); 0.60 kg a.i./ha (methamidophos); 1.0 kg a.i/ha (parathion-methyl) and 2.25 kg a.i./ha (zineb), on Red Ferralitic soil. To carry out the analytical stage they were taken five samples during a period of 14 days. Malathion, methamidophos and parathion-methyl were analyzed by Gas Chromatography; while the analysis of zineb were effected by UV spectrophotometry. Malathion, methamidaphos and parathion-methyl residues after the application were below the Maximum Residue Limits, (0,05 mg/kg; 0,1 mg/kg and 0.5 mg/kg respectively); while the zineb residues were maintained by above of the MRL (2,0 mg/kg), until 6 days after the application.
