This paper examines the actual situation and problem about the foreign workers who are working at marine product processing manufacture. At present, we can estimate more than 10% of workers at marine product processing manufacture are foreign workers in Japan. It is particularly focused on foreign trainee system and skill training system for foreigners were started 2003 at marine product processing manufacture in earnest. In this paper, three case studies are shown, first is Choshi, Chiba Prefecture as the case of large scale of marine processing producing area, second is Shimonoseki, Yamaguchi Prefecture, as the case of middle scale of marine processing producing area. Third case is Hinase, Okayama Pref. as the case of self-processing of marine product.
