Since the 1988, there have been several reforms in the CAP and Regional Policy of the EU. From the reforms, the rural development policies of the EU have changed from sectoral policy to territorial one that takes into account farming and non-farming activities in a region. This study ultimately aims to get implication for Korea from the historical review of the reforming processes of the EU rural development policy.
