The issues of expanding the world and Europe, states policies, the integration of Europe and cross-cultural communication, individual alienation, and the role of education and positive facilitation in contemporary society were widely discussed. The conference provided and opportunity for local experts to exchange views with researchers and scientists from the EU and to discuss together with authorities of different levels a vast variety of new dimensions in the labour market, the communication of social processes, professional life and education. it was stressed, that not only education but life-long education, in particular, plays a decisive role in an individual's professional life. It is of great significance for all aspects of a person's social and personal life. The diversity of international members, from Lithuania, Poland, Great Britain and Russia ensured greater and deeper insights and a fuller understanding of changes as productive challenges and as the appearance of future opportunities for every individual in an expanded Europe and the whole world as a whole.
