Ours object of investigation was inspection and characterized the microflora in the mouth cavity and intestinal himus of duodenum in practically healthy dogs and affected by periodontal disease. We are microbiological examination rinse down of the mouth cavity and fluid of the himus of duodenum from 12 practically healthy dogs and 61 dogs affected by periodontal disease. Results of studies prove, that in the mouth cavity of practically healthy dogs indicate pro rata equally quantity pathogenic microflora and unpathogenic microflora, but in the himus of duodenum the bacterial defilement is paltry. Development of the periodontotis, the number of bacterial genus gradually heightens in the mouth cavity and also in himus of duodenum. Development of the periodontitis in himus of duodenum is possible establish pathogenic microflora of Escherichia coli, Streptoccocus, Klebsiella, Yersinia and Pseudomonas.
