Nucleotide sequences of achieved amplicons were made and compared in order to find out the genetic differences between roe deer (Capreolus capreolus) and red deer (Cervus elaplnts). A statistical analysis of restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) for two loci at both tested populations of wild ruminants was also performed. On the basis of allele frequency, heterozygosities, polymorphic information the content and standard genetic distances were calculated. A phylogenetic tree illustrating the genetic differentiation in the studied roe deer and red deer populations was prepared using nucleotide sequences
