The studies were carried out involving 300 Isa Vedette and 540 Starbro broiler chickens. The chickens were reared in cages till 49th day of age. The experimental factor was the content of Ca, P and Na in feed formulas. The aim of the experiments was to examine the influence of alternated dosages of Ca, P and Na salts on the chemical characteristics of tibia and breast bones in broilers. In the experiment with Isa Vedette it was stated that the weight, length and durability of bones were the highest in the groups deprived of Ca supplement, whereas in the experiment with Starbro they depended on the P supplementation. The addition of Na positively affected the examined bones and the Ca-Na antagonism was observed
