Investigation was carried out in Velika Drenova, the center of grapevine nursery production in Serbia, 2002. Influence of LFEW on cultivar Chardonnay grafted on three vine stocks was investigated. Three rootstocks were chosen: Kober 5BB as a good one, 41 B as a poor one for rooting and callusing, and SO4 as a moderate for rooting and poor for callusing. Twelve different frequencies, with two generators and transmitters were applied in two times. The best results were performed with 41 B rootstock, very good with Kober 5BB and the worst with SO4. The largest number of the 1st grafts with rootstock SO4 was with frequencies 16, 12, 10 and A, and better than the control. With rootstock Kober 5BB the largest number of the 1st class grafts was with frequencies 10, 8 and A, much better than the control. With the rootstock 41 B the best results and better than the control were achieved with frequencies 16, 12, 8, E, A, I.
