The effects of different level of zeolite supplements in laying hen diets were observed during seven-month trial on nutrition. The following egg shell quality traits were examined: shell weight, shell thickness and shell deformity. The investigation was carried out on the total of 1000 layers of strain Isa Brown SSL, divided into four groups, according to the level of zeolite feed supplements: control group O, trial group O-1 0.2; trial group O-2 0.3; amd trial group O-3 0.5% of zeolite. The study results showed that there were differences in the examined traits between the groups investigated. The differences, however, were not significant (P is greater than 0.05).
