It was investigated the influence of the seat of sperm deposition (classical intracervical and intrauterine) on the sow fertility (farrowing rate and litter size). Obtained results suggest that intrauterine insemination can be performed by significant reduction of sperm number in dose, without decreasing sows fertility. It can result in significant increasing of boar reproductive efficiency.
