The main cause of this paper is evaluating of volume, dynamics and trends in consumption of main livestock products - meat, milk and eggs in countries of the Balkan region, refer to consumption in our country. The authors quote the most significant factors, which determinate consumption and condition differences in their level in some parts of Balkan region.
