Dynamic air clearing in controlled laboratory conditions

Prototype of uniflow aerodynamic deduster-DF is developed to separate odorous dust particles and gas components from the air within swine buildings. In laboratory ambiental conditions, there was observed efficiency of DF to remove NH3 and H2S. From sample of swine manure there were tested concentrations of NH3: 15, 30 and 45 ppm, i.e. H2S: until maximal 8 ppm. Average air cleaning efficiency were 60% of NH3, while concentration of H2S was fallen on 2.5 ppm. Because of technical reasons, activity of scrubber system was 40% (4 nozzles).
