The paper presents two-year results of the application of two fertilizer types i.e. Krtolin (8:16:24 + 1% Mg) as a fertilizer widely spread in raspberry production in Serbia, and new fertilizer compounds in chelate form (Multi comp base 13:11:20 + 2% Mg + microelements + humic acids). The nutrients were spread in rates recommended for this fruit species, i.e. 800 kg/ha of Krtolin, and 600 kg/ha of Multi comp base. The variant fertilized with Multi comp base gave the highest shoot length on all three measuring dates, so that at the end of season the shoot length reached 192.4 cm on average. The lowest length was recorded in control (unfertilized) and it was about 140 cm at the end of season, whereas the variant with Krtolin gave average shoot length of 174 cm. The variant fertilized with Multi comp base yielded 17.36 t/ha on average, which was an increase of 14.06% as compared to the variant with Krtolin, and 33.13% as compared to unfertilized variant.
