[Issues of bioindication and ecology: A collection of scientific works]

英语. Considered are issues of the problems of indicating the environmental pollution, anthropogenous flora and fauna impact, medical ecology, nature protection and rational nature use management. In particular, accumulation of iron and manganese in leaves of arborescent plants in the conditions of varying level of environmetal pollution with emissions of industrial enterprises of the ferrous metallurgy has been investigated. Recommended are separate tree species for phytoindication of pollution of the environment by these metals and for sanitary-hygienic plantations. The activities of ammonia assimilation enzymes as a marker environmental pollution with iron and chrome compounds has been studied. Investigated was the effect of the sex on the level of activity of superoxydanion-generating enzymes and hypochloride ion in the neutrophiles of the blood of those who have chronic obstructive bronchitis, living in an industrial districts of the city of Zaporizhzhya. The content of potentially unsafe micronutrients in spent mine water coming to the rivers of the Samara river basin was determined. Issues of the necessity of forming ecological consciousness by means of school ecological education are elucidated.

乌克兰. Розглядаються питання проблем індикації забруднення навколишнього середовища, антропогенного впливу на флору и фауну, медичної екології, охорони природи та раціонального природокористування. Зокрема, досліджувалося накопичення заліза і марганця в листках деревних рослин за умов різного рівнязабруднення довкілля викидами підприємств чорної металургії. Рекомендовано окремі види дерев для фітоіндикації забруднення середовища цими металами і для санітарно-гігієнічних насаджень. Вивчалася активність ферментів асиміляції амонію як маркера забруднення навколишнього середовища сполуками заліза і хрому. Досліджувався вплив статі на рівень активності ферментів генерації супероксиданіона і гіпохлорид іона в нейтрофілах крові хворих на хронічний обструктивний бронхіт, які проживають у промисловому районі м. Запоріжжя. Визначався вміст потенційно небезпечних мікроелементів у скидних шахтних водах, що надходять до рік басейну Самари. Висвітлено питання щодо формування екологічноїсвідомості особистості засобами шкільної екологічної освіти.
