The presented studies summarize the results of long term experiments using different substrata of recycling plant residues and other organo-biological products for control against dangerous sedentary root parasites – Meloidogyne arenaria, M. incognita, M. hapla and some ectoparasites as Xiphinema index, X. diversicaudatum, Longidorus distinctus, widespread in Bulgaria. This report includes only the products shown clear positive effect against mentioned above parasites. They are: substratum of flax residue, substratum from microbial industry 'Biovet' (Peshtera), other bio-organic products with Bulgarian origin as dry extract of green algae Chlorella vulgaris and potassium humate fertilizer 'Humustim' very reach of humic acids, macro and microelements. From biological nematocides was used Savitan ('DeruNed', The Nederlands). The experiments with all these products were carried out in the following order: laboratory biotesting, in vitro testing, glasshouse and field experiments with tomato, black current, grape seedlings and grape vine.
