Modeling energy net savings of the atmospheric air as an agent for produce storage

Research target are the possible humidity and energy net savings of the atmospheric air as a renewable energy source at the securing of storage processes in chambers and fruit stores. A mathematic economical method is applied in order to model net income. The model is based on a diagram about enthalpy and humidity content of the atmospheric air (AA), energy status zones of AA, synthesized from previous research work, statistic data about duration of humidity detention at certain temperatures of AA for representative country climatic regions. Results are calculated in energy units kWh from 1000 kg and assessed in BGN from 1000 kg AA. Incomes can be discounted by means of the model. Model efficiency check is done with data, concerning the region of Varna. The distribution of summary duration in the status zones is defined. The duration of the state of full energy security S0 is 1215 h and covers around 24% from the limit of storage period (5227 h). Expected total humidity net savings value is 26 126 kg. At the price of 1,30 BGN/m3 net savings amount to 33,96 BGN from 1000 kg AA used. Level of expected heat net savings from heat of AA total up to 7,187 BGN from 1000 kg AA used. The synthesized models for assessment of net income from usage of humidity and energy of AA as an agent at produce storage can be considered as a standard, by making it possible to evaluate energy potential of AA, according to its status toward the given technological storage parameters temperature and humidity content. The models enable integral evaluation of net income with statistic data, as well as further development of algorithms and programs for matrix calculation, according to statistical and monitoring information about the country, plants and regions.
