[Growth rate and development of young cattle of Limuzin breed at breed different-leveled fedding]

Among specialised meat breeds of Belarus the big role in formation and development of meat cattle breeding in a number of country regions belongs to Limuzin breed. Now in republic animals of this breed are used both at thoroughbred cultivation, and at absorbing and industrial crossing. Breed has got wide popularity thanks to high meat qualities, endurance, easy calving and good payment of forage. It is established, that at animals with preslaughter body weight 456 kg the lethal exit and an exit of the hulk have made 60,3 and 59,3%, and with weight 529 kg - 65,3 and 64,5%, accordingly. The exit of pulp and meat factor of semihulks of young animals with high preslaughter body weight have made 85,6% and 5,91 against 84,5% and 5,46, accordingly. On a pulp exit in the most valuable parts in the culinary relation - coxofemoral and lumbar - bull-calves of a high weight category had advantage over analogues on 0,4 and 0,9%, accordingly. At chemical research of average test of meat and the longest muscle of a back it is established, that more fast beef admits from small-weight bull-calves where protein and fat parity has made 1,9:1. Cultivation on meat of young animals to high weight standards allows to use forages with the greatest effect
