Animal husbandry is the major branch of agriculture. Due to it the basic profit of the agricultural enterprises is formed. However it is necessary to improve forage reserve. Achievement of high parameters in animal industry is provided due to the balanced feeding with use of high-quality forages. The major fodder culture is the corn. Hybrids zoned in republic have high productive potential - up to 150 c/ha fodder units, 95-110 c/ha grains. However in the given sphere there is a set of the non-authorized problems. The Grodno area is one of the leaders in Belarus in animal production. On its example it was consider a modern condition and problems of corn cultivation
