[The mechanism of achievement of financial stability of the insolvent agricultural organisations]

The modern agrarian policy of Belarus is focused on stabilization and increase of volumes of production of foodstuff, increase of efficiency of managing, overcoming of unprofitableness of the agroenterprises, strengthening of competitive positions of domestic commodity producers in the internal and external markets, increase of incomes and social security of workers of agriculture. Last years number of the organizational and economic measures directed on increase of level of solvency of the agricultural enterprises and their conclusion for profitable work is realized by state bodies. It is underlined that the major measures directed on stabilization of financial condition of insolvent agricultural enterprises are: economic freedom and independence in business of the organization and production managing, including a choice of forms of economic activities, directions and structure of economic activity, production trade channels; transition of rural commodity producers to free pricing after performance of the final volume of the state order on commodity output; prolongation of debts for reformed agricultural enterprises (under the government decision) for a period of 5 years; division of pure actives into shares between workers of the enterprises taking into account their labour contribution and granting of possibility of the voluntary order by property shares; creation of conditions for formation and functioning of diverse patterns of ownership and managing (on the size of the earth, patterns of ownership, managing, to management structures); inclusion in a market turn all the forms of the capital, including the earths the basic means of production in agriculture; introduction in each agricultural production the rational mechanism of managing on the basis of economic and commercial calculation; optimization of number of the workers occupied in an agricultural production
