[Determination of herbicide teridox residues by gas-liquid chromatography method in rape seeds and oil]

In laboratory trials of Pesticide Dynamics Lab a method of herbicide teridox residues determination (a.i. dimetachlor) by gas - liquid chromatography method in rape seeds and oil is developed. The principle of the method is based on determination dimetachlor by gas-liquid chromatography with electron catch detector with a column on a fixed phase 5% OV - 1 after organic solvent extraction and the extract cleaning by redistribution into hexane and subsequent cleaning on chromatographic columns filled with alkaline alumina. Minimum detected dimetachlor amount makes 1 ng. Retention time - 1 min.45 sec. In field trials during spring rape yield harvest the residues of the active ingredient teridox in seeds and oil are determined. Dimetachlor content is determined in spring rape increasing MAL at high rate of preparation application
