The phenomenon of dysbacteriosis are stated, the structure and the therapeutic characteristic most widely applied in medicine and veterinary science of preparations probiotics, prebiotics and symbiotics is resulted. Results of own research about selection of nutrient mediums for cultivation of microorganisms of sort Lactobacillus and propionic bacteria are resulted. Sorts Escherichia, Bacillus, Staphylococcus and enterobacter in air constantly increases, that specifies in necessity of timely carrying out of veterinary - sanitary actions. For cultivation of Lactobacillus plantrum it is expedient to use corn - lactose nutrient mediums GMK - 1, GMK - 2, MRS, GMC, 0,2% MPA; for Lactobacillus for Lactobacillus casei GMK - 1, GMK - 2, MRS, GMC; for propionic bacteria - GMK - 1, GMK - 2, GMC and 0,2% MPA
