Results o the analysis of genome substitution completeness of the collection of alloplasmic wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) lines by nuclear genome of the appropriate donors were presented. In course of the investigation there were used the molecular markers for the microsatellite sequences of wheat genome (SSR - markers). Alloplasmic lines were produced on the basis of 7 lines containing cytoplasm of the following species: Ae. speltoides, T. boeoticum spp. aegilopoides, T. polonicum, Ag. intermedium, Ae. sharonensis, T. turanicum, T. aestivum and nuclear genome of T. aestivum, cv. Penjamo 62. The lines were saturated due to the series of backcrosses by a nuclear genome of cvs. Gabo, Lee, Crim and isogenic lines of cv. Thatcher with genes Lr23 and Lr10. There were evaluated 24 SSR loci located on 16 chromosomes of wheat genome. The fragment of genome recipient was detected in two lines. The substitution of the recipient genome by the genome of appropriate donor was observed in other alloplasmic lines. The inheritance of donor genome was noted both in the lines subjected to 12 backcrosses and in the lines produced as a result of 6 backcrosses
