Investigation of the variation of parameters of blood lipids peroxidation (malondialdehyde and antioxidative activity of blood plasma) and clinical status of claves sick with abomasoenteritis on the basis of complex therapy with Khlorofillipt preparation (produced from the mixture of chlorophylls of eucalyptus leaves) in the conditions of animal husbandry farm of the Republic of Belarus was realized. The experimental group of calves was treated by oral administration of 1% essence of Khlorofillipt in dose of 5 ml mixed with 20 ml of boiled water 2 times per day in course of 5 days. Proposed scale for the evaluation of the clinical state of analyzed calves made it possible to realize the objective assessment using the statistical method. Results of the correlation analysis of malondialdehyde and antioxidant activity at the end of treatment were presented. By the fifth day of therapy the experimental and control groups of calves showed differences in malondialdehyde and plasma antioxidant activity (both p0,01) and in indices of general clinical state and digestive indices (both p0,05). In the experimental group the changes were logical and essential for the malondialdehyde and antioxidant activity. The experiment proved the efficiency of pathogenetic therapy with Khlorofillipt for the calves of early postnatal period sick with abomasoenteritis. The analyzsed preparation safeguarded the antioxidant system of calves against the oxidative stress
