[Influence of Vigozin preparation on veterinary and sanitary indices and biological value of meat of broiler chickens of KOBB - 500 cross]

Scientific and production experiment on evaluation of the influence of biologically active preparation Vigozin (mixture of natural ingredients with carnitine (vitamin Bt)) on general, biochemical and immunological blood indices of broiler chickens (5, 7, 12, 19, 28, 36 and 46 days - old) of KOBB - 500 cross in course of the whole growing period on the poultry farms of the Republic of Belarus was realized. The studied preparation refined the physiological functions and energy intake of all types of cattle and poultry. Carnitine took part in the processes of fatty acid excess breakdown, in transport of acetyl coenzyme A in mitochondria. The realized organoleptic study of meat samples of poultry fed with Vigozin showed that physical, chemical and bacteriological indices of the analysed meat samples as well as their biological value and safety were similar to the control ones and proved to be pure. Chickens (28 - days old) fed with Vigozin preparation in comparison with the control ones showed higher indices of average daily weight gain (37,8 g against 34,1 g accordingly), average live weight (1099 g 995,5 g). In 46 - days old chickens the average daily weight gain was 46,26 g against 43,07 g in control group, average live weight was 2166 g against 2021 g in control group.
