[Influence of Biokoktejl - NK preparation on blood biochemical indices of broiler chickens of KOBB - 500 cross]

Investigation of the influence of medical and preventive preparation Biokoktejl - NK (mixture of intestinal bacterium, biologically active substances of the cultivation media and propolis) on general, biochemical and immunological blood indices of broiler chickens of KOBB - 500 cross in course of the whole growing period on the poultry farms of the Republic of Belarus was realized. Application of Biokoktejl - NK in dose of 0,1 ml/head (1,0 *10E7 bacterial bodies) starting from one day of age once a day in course of 5 days continuously in 4 cycles with 7 days interval till the end of growing period made it possible to reactivate the immunological processes in chickens due to the promotion of the natural resistance and immunoglobulin synthesis. The analysed preparation restored the intestinal digestion and recuperated the metabolic activity of the analysed poultry. Feeding with Biokoktejl - NK made it possible to increase chicken viability on 2,4%. In the experimental groups of chickens there was stated the stable tendency for the increasing of crude protein which took place due to the increasing of albumines and globulins concentration. The antagonist activity of Biokoktejl - NK was proved by the indices of albumines, activity of aminotransferase and alkaline phosphatase
