The study that was located in Kebun Agung, Imogiri, Bantul, purposed to know the efficiency level of production factors used and estimated the farmers risk attitude on soybean farming. About 54 farmers were chosen randomized and interviewed in collecting primary data. And then it analysed with Cobb-Douglass production function models. The analysis proved that only seed and the chemical-fertilizer determine soybean production significantly, with positive regression coefficient. It means, the production will increase if the farmers add the seed and fertilizer used. Furthermore, the level of inputs used is inefficient, so if the farmers desire the maximum profit, they have to add the inputs used. but if desire the minimum cost, they must minus the seed used and add the fertilizer used. Since the risk attitude coefficient is positive, the farmer attitude on risk is averted.
