In Gulistan province about 35000 ha of it is cultivated which stands second to the wheat production .considering the Soya farmer's knowledge of using pesticides or various control measures as an input is very important for planning the base economical principles. In this research according to the existing information about the distribution of Soya farms in the region, samples were chosen by randomized classification sampling. Information was collected by questionnaires and interviews with farmers and technical visits during cultivation. Marginal productivity, average productivity and production elasticity of inputs were estimated by using the production function. Also the productivity of pesticide use was calculated in the various groups of management factors. Maximum productivity was observed in the case of professional farms with educations higher than diploma correlation between the cost of pest management and socio-Economic factors including cultivation area, Education, experience, seedkind, ownership and the farmer's age was investigated and the results obtained showed that education and experience of the farmers have a reversed effect.
