One of the most important nutrients for plant production is Phosphorus (P). Phosphorus is one of the most essential macro elements from the view point of uptake rate and physiological and biochemical processes in rice plant. P compounds when added to the soil react rapidly with various soil components and are quickly converted to slowly available forms. Than is important Phosphorus supply in suitable time and sufficient rate for plant production. Because economical and environmental detriments arising from excessive use Phosphorus researchers determine to find suitable method for use this fertilizer. In today world one of the main discussions is environment and sustainable development preservation that is one important program for different contries among them IRAN. Thus find methods for decrease chemical fertilizers is necessary result show that use of microorganisms that able to solution of mineral Phosphates in the soil and rhizosphere are very usefull for decreas Phosphorus chemical fertilizers. In order to evaluate of effect of biofertilizer contain of phosphate solubilizing bacteria on uptake and yield of rice this experiment was conducted during 1386 in rice research in statute pf IRAN (Rasht and Amol). In Rasht result indicated that effect of different treatment on yield and P uptake significant in %5 but this treatments non significant to P concentration in paddy and no tiller and plant height similar result obtain in Amol but in Amol P uptake non significant too. Application biologic fertilizer in different methods increased grain yield between %1 to %13 in Rasht and zero to %7 in Amol comparison only use super Phosphat triple treatment and also in creased P uptake in paddy %7 to %9 compare this treatment in Rasht.
