In order to determine the adaptable Baghi and Bambo colons to claimate condition of Sistan, a trial was condected during 2001-2002 cropping year at zahak Research station. In this experiment ten of colons were compared, in a Randomized complete block design with four replication. Bambo colons and Baghi colons were gathered in Lahijan and zabol region, respectively. Every Risom of colon was planted in 2 row with , row length 10 m ,row space 1 m and plant spaces 5 cm, some yield – related chracters were measured at during that year. The results showed that Bambo Colons were not adaptable to this region, But Baghi Colons were more resistant than Bumbo. That most adaptable colons was Baghi jallei. Some important agronomic characteristics of jallei colon are as Follows: Plant high, 167.7cm , number of branch 9.7, number of leaf 37.7, leaf length 39 cm, leaf thickness 303cm, stem diameter, 1.4cm.
