英语. Rosé wine in France is an object of interest from the winemaking, marketing and commercial point of view: its consumption is about 4% of the total wine production. In our next work we will take into account the Rosé wines produced in Sicily, after having studied the model of Provence Rosé wines. Our goal is to increase and promote the production and the local consumption of Rosé wines. This wine typology is more suitable than others to the climate of the island
