Recently, international transfer of E-waste in Asia, especially China, has been increased going with globalization of economy and their economic development. However technical level of waste recycling in developing countries is lower than the case of developed countries, therefore improper treatment and health and environmental issues caused by recycling of E-waste are reported in these countries. For establishing win-win relationship among developing and developed countries, it is important to grasp present international material cycle and to go into rationalization of this cycle. In this study, material cycle of personal computer and its corresponded E-waste between Japan and China was estimated. And then, its material cycle was analyzed from the viewpoint of 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) and CO2 emission. Although problems caused by data restriction were remained, structure of international material cycle between Japan and China was roughly illustrated. Finally rational material cycle from the viewpoint of CO2 emission was evaluated and discussed.
