This examination observed the influence of inculcated trophoblast vesicle (TB) in the cow. Also, it aimed for the conception percentage improvement with transplanting TB and an embryo together. In examination 1, it poured TB into the cow. As for some cows, the estrus cycle became late. But there was no difference in two groups. There was no correlation of the P concentration in the blood with the size of the corpora lutea. In examination 2, it transferred TB and an embryo together to cows. The conception percentage tended to become high.
