Studies were conducted on the distribution, population density and size distribution of the inter-tidal pulmonate Onchidium verruculatum on rocky shore of Manora, Karachi coast for a period of one year. Onchidium verruculatum is the most abundant grazer of this area, in terms of biomass. Maximum number of individuals was found in the lower middle zone where belts of freshly settled macro-algae were present. During study period the population density remained high throughout the year except summer when the water level is increased. Juveniles were abundant in June and December.
