The identification of microorganisms by traditional, microbiological methods, depends from physiological state of cells, and because of it not definitely identification was obtained. To obtain more precissely identification molecular methods are using more and more. In this article Saccharomyces cerevisiae DNA-DNA reassociacion method, genom analysis by pulsed electrophoresis and sequencing are introduced
