Analyses of the pollen fall of Alnus, Corylus, Betula, Quercus in Lublin (Poland) two sites in 2001-02 were performed. The gravimetric method was applied. The duration of pollen seasons did not indicate any considerable diversity between measurement points, and between the years. However, when the beginning of pollen seasons of Alnus and Betula was delayed, the time of airborne pollen was shorter. In 2001 the total fall of Alnus and Corylus pollen showed almost four times higher values than in 2002, for Betula pollen these values were twice as high. The periods of maximum concentrations of chosen taxons indicated great fluctuactions during the years under study. The curves of examined taxons pollen in two Lublin districts differed from each other only in the values. The annual pollen totals were somewhat higher in the Slawinek district
