Response of winter triticale cv. Sorento to drought stress

The aim of this research was to find how drought stress in different vegetation phases efects grain yield and yield components of winter triticale cv. Sorento. The pot experiment was conducted in 2003 and 2004. The factor of this experiment was drought stress (30 percent soil water capacity) in different vegetation phases, from shooting to heading, from heading to milk maturity from milk maturity to full maturity. The control were objects with 60 percent of field water capacity during whole vegetation period. The obtained results demonstrated very significant influence of drought stress on grain yield of winter triticale.
