The influence of triticale yield components on its yield depending upon the system of tillage applied in a multi-year fallow

The aim of undertaken study was analysis of influence of selected yield components on grain yields of winter triticale in dependence of tillage system applied in the first years of reclaiming of 12 years old fallow. There were used two system of cultivation: conventional plug tillage and direct sowing. In experiment were assessed: grain yield, number of ears per square m, height of plants, length of ears number and weight of grain from one ear and weight of 1000 grains. In results of significant interdependence the yield components mentioned above should be considered jointly to determine their influence on the grain yield in conditions of two cultivation systems in the first years of a multi-year fallow management
