The total content of Fe, Mn, Li, Ti and Co in soil samples taken from long-term fertilization field experiment which was laid out in 1922 were determinated. The soil samples were taken from layer 0-30 cm from objects on which cattle farmyard manure in doses 20, 40 and 60 t/ha were applicated from the beginning of experiment as well as mineral fertilization NPK in kg/ha in doses 74, 148 and 222 in years 1922-1938, up to the highest doses 225, 500 and 675 in years 1980-2001. Since 2002 the doses are: 160, 320, 480. The application of FYM increased in soil samples the content of Fe, Mn, Ti and Co, but decreased content of Li in comparison to mineral fertilizers
