The objective of the research was the estimation of the influence of different fertilization (O, Ca, NPK, CaNPK) applying (with farmyard manure and without) and differentiated crop rotation (arbitrary rotation with legumes and without) on available form of Cu, Fe, Mn, Ni and Zn in soil. The research was conducted on four fields with different crop rotation and fertilization on stagnic luvisol formed of loamy sand. The content of analysed elements in the soil increased in condition of mineral fertilizers (NPK) application and decreased in condition of liming. The farmyard manure in condition of legumes cultivation increased microelements content, without legumes - decreased
