The studies on physico-chemical soil properties dependent on tillage system were conducted in 2004-06. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of some soil tillage systems on physical and chemical soil properties in comparison to both successive and cut fallow soils. After four years after differentiation of soil tillage systems no explicit changes of physical and chemical soil properties were found. Soil of cut fallow distinguished by significantly highest penetration resistance than in the other tillage systems in 0-10 cm soil layer and significantly higher than in reduced tillage CO2 flux between soil and ambient air. Conventional soil tillage system among other studied systems distinguished with the lowest penetration resistance in upper soil layer and the smallest bulk density
