The basic aim of this survey is to determine the importance of genetic and paragenetic factors on the expression of the observed features (the quantity of bees, brood, honey and pollen) in Domestic Carniolan honeybee Apis mellifera carnica Polmman, in Eastern Serbia - the Timok region. On the basis of two years observation results, we are concluded following: the size of the area occupied by bees, brood, honey and pollen depends on genetic factors and environmental factors. In all observed features the genetic factors and the time of observation (season) are of the great importance. The quantity of bees is greatky influenced by the interaction between the bee lines and the year, and between the year and the observation. The area of the brood is greatly influenced by the year, as well as the interaction between of the line and the year and observation, whereas the interaction of the line and the observation is also significant. The area of the honey is greatly influenced by the interaction of the lines and observation, and the interaction of the lines and the year and the year and the observation are also significant. There are of pollen is greatly influenced by the year, the interaction of the lines and observation and the interaction of the year and observation, whereas the interaction of the lines and observation is also significant.
