Soybean has been the most important source of vegetable protein and oil since the 1970s and the acreage in this crop has been increasing continually year after year. Thanks to favourable growing conditions and the superior performance of high-yielding domestic varieties, soybean is the most important industrial crop in Serbia as well. Using the right growing technology that has been based on long-term studies and has proven its worth in actual commercial production, it is possible to achieve record yields of this crop.
