An experiment was conducted with 60 one-day-old broiler chicken of the hybrid Ross 308 reared for 42 days and divided into 3 groups of 20 birds to determine the effect of the enzyme preparation Xybeten supplementation to the starter, grower and finishing diets. The results of the study showed that 8-10-17% sunflower meal in the starter, grower and finishing diets had no effect on the chicken growth and feed utilization as compared to the control group (0-5-8% sunflower meal). The Xybeten supplementation of the compound feed with 8-10-17% sunflower meal showed a positive tendency for the growth (2.3-3.3%) in comparison to the group without the preparation Xybeten. The utilization of the compound feed with 8-10-17% sunflower meal (starter, grower and finisher) with and without Xybeten supplementation decreased the cost of the starter feed with 20.20 BGN/t, the grower feed with 9.40 BGN/t and the finisher feed with 18.10 BGN/t in comparison to the control group (0-5-8% sunflower meal).
