A direct immuniperoxidase assay was developed for direct and quick indication of the rabbit myxoma virus (VMZ)in cell cultures. The method was modified on the basis of the peroxidase conjugate VMZ for ELISA obtained. The viral reproduction of cytopathic VMZ strains in the syable RK13 cell line was studied.
