ALGORITHM AND STRUCTURE SCHEME OF AN ELECTRONIC SYSTEM FOR CONTROL OF MOBILE DRYER WHEN DRYING GRAIN WITH ASSESSMENT OF ENERGY EFFICIENCY

The basic task of the electronic system for grain drying control is to achieve drying with minimum consumption of energy while at the same time obtaining the necessary grain quality. The preliminary assessment of the molded grain drying regimes in time and the choice of the best regime are of primary importance. The purpose of the article is to present the algorithm and structure scheme of an electronic system for control of the process of grain drying in mobile dryer which render an account of the peculiarities of the algorithm for molding and the determined essential control parameters. At the same time the system allows to predict and assess the grain quality and its temperature-humidity regime on the basis of the basic drying parameters- rate of modification and output level of humidity, grain temperature and temperature of the drying agent.
