Results of research of morphological, biochemical and immunologic parameters of milk are shown at different forms of mastitis at cows in comparative aspect with clinically healthy animals and developed on the basis of the received results ionometrical method of diagnosis of a subclinical mastitis at cows under the content of ions chlorides. The wide studying of changes mole concentration of chlorides depending on the content of somatic cells on 254 cows sick with mastitis and clinically healthy animals, has allowed to confirm 98% diagnostic efficiency of the developed method. Research have shown, that efficiency of the developed method does not decrease, even if cows are in a condition of sexual hunting. By results of the spent research quantitative ionometric milk analysis on the content of ions of chlorine the technique is developed for diagnostics of the latent mastitis with use ionomer and ionoselective electrode for definition of chlorides. Concentration of chlorides in milk of cows above 49,5 p/l specifies, that the investigated animal is sick with mastitis
