[Productive efficiency, viability and meat biological value of broiler chickens after the complex application of Alveozan and Dialakt preparations]

Study of the influence and frequency of complex application of immunostimulant preparation Alveozan and probiotic Dialakt in the rations of broiler chickens in course of all growing period on the productive efficiency, viability and meat biological value was realized. Research results showed that the optimal regimen of Alveozan administration was with drinking water in dose of 10 microgram/kg of live weight once a day in course of 5 days repeatedly in 3 cycles with 10 days interval in course of all growing period. The best regimen for probiotic Dialakt administration was with the drinking water in dose of 0,1-0,2 ml per head (10,0-20,0 mln microbial bodies) since one day age once a day in course of 5 days repeatedly in 3 cycles with 10 days interval. Complex application Alveozan and Dialakt in broiler chickens rations caused the increasing of chicken viability on 7,8% (99,6% against 92,4% in the control group), increasing of average live weight on 10,9% (2200,38 against 1984,9 in control) and increasing of average daily weight gain on 11% (against 42,3% in control group on the 46th day). Complex application of the preparations rendered influence of homogeneity of head stock. Feed conversion rate was 12%. Organoleptic, physical, chemical, bacteriological and chemical properties, biological value and safety of meat of chicken fed with the preparations showed that it corresponded to the meat of the control group and was of high quality
