[Efficiency of foliar top dressing of fertilizers and growth regulators by receiving of vegetable raw material for children food]

As a result of investigations was revealed, that foliar application of fertilizers and biological-active substances promoted increase of yield and lowering of nitrates in a vegetable raw materials for children food. As a result of the spent research it is revealed, that foliar application of fertilizers and biologically active substances promoted increase in productivity of a table beet on the average on republic zones on 2,0-4,6 t/ha or 3-11%, carrots on 5,2-7,9 t/ha or 10-15%, a vegetable marrow - 5,6-10,7 t/ha or 19-27% and pumpkins - 9,7-12,6 t/ha or 35-38%. Besides, the content of nitrates in vegetable raw materials decreased: in root crops of table beet on 16-61 mg/kg, at carrots on 36-136 mg/kg, in vegetable marrow fruits on 277-561 mg/kg of crude weight
